Saturday, August 13th- 12pm – 2:30pm

Altimira Middle School, 17805 Arnold Drive. Sonoma, CA 

SVBTS Health Fair will take place at Altimira Middle School. It is open to Sonoma Valley PK -12 students. Distribution is first come first served. Student and family MUST VISIT INFORMATIONAL BOOTHS 1ST in order to get a backpack. Student MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT. SVCHC cordially invites you to the Closing Event “The Fabric of Gratitude” at the Sonoma Community Center outdoors Secret Garden. Hand-drawn fabric squares were collected during its vaccine clinics. Community members were prompted by the question, Why were you vaccinated? The exhibition recognizes the magnitude of the vaccine community effort -administered 30,000 vaccine shots and appreciates all individuals and agencies who in one way another supported this effort. Light refreshments available
