The event is hosted by Sonoma Valley Community Health Center, in collaboration with the Back-to-School Health Fair Committee. The Back to School Health Fair’s goal is to provide Sonoma Valley’s PK-12 students, parents, and the community a healthy & prepared start to the new school year. Students must be physically present to obtain a backpack with school supplies.

BOOTH REGISTRATIONS -Are you an organization interested in having a booth in BTS Health Fair 2024? You can do so by registering here.

VOLUNTEERS – We are grateful for the tremendous support of volunteers to make BTS happen. Volunteers of 16 years and older are welcome to support in tasks such as: set – up, registration table, backpack distribution, and more. Sign-up can be done by Sign-Up Genius, calling 707-939-6070 #198 or volunteer@svchc.org.
