CELEBRATING 11 Years of Impact 

For more than a decade, the Sonoma Valley Back to School Health Fair has shown how deeply we care about our community, education, and health of our neighbors in Sonoma Valley. We are grateful to everyone who has helped make past fairs successful—our incredible volunteers, dedicated committee members, generous sponsors and donors, and the many organizations that have hosted booths. Your trust in this event and your willingness to champion fiercely for local families make this work possible.

As we prepare for the 2026 fair, SVCHC and the Back to School Committee remain dedicated to supporting families. This annual event brings together essential health resources, engaging activities, and valued community partners to ensure students begin the school year feeling prepared and supported.

Promotion: Help us spread the word by sharing the attached event flyers with students, volunteers, and potential sponsors. Your support in promoting this event helps us reach more families and ensures a strong, well‑supported turnout.

Informational Booths: We invite organizations to register for the 2026 fair—registration is now open using this form. Students and their accompanying adults will once again be encouraged to explore the resource booths and complete their event passport by visiting booths to receive a backpack and school supplies. Volunteers: This event is powered by volunteers who care deeply about our community. Over the past year, more than 100 community members stepped up—assembling school supply kits and supporting the event on the big day. Volunteer sign‑ups are now open through this form. Fundraising: Our 2026 fundraising goal of $25,000 will help provide 500+ backpacks filled with essential school supplies for Sonoma Valley students. Every donation—big or small—helps ensure students begin the school year prepared, supported, and surrounded by a community that cares deeply. Contributions can be made through Network for Good, by check, or in person at SVCHC, 19270 Sonoma Hwy., Sonoma, CA 95476.
