Sonoma Valley Back to School Health Fair 2024

Saturday, August 3rd – 10am – 12:30pm

Altimira Middle School, 17805 Arnold Drive. Sonoma, CA 

SVBTS Health Fair 2024 will take place at Altimira Middle School. It is open to Sonoma Valley PK -12 students. Distribution is first come first served. Student and family MUST VISIT BOOTHS in & STUDENT MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT in order to obtain a backpack.  For general questions, please call 707-939-6070 #212 or email community@svchc.org
