Sonoma Valley Community Health Center (SVCHC) invites the community to its Winter Open House on Thursday, December 11, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. at 19270 Sonoma Hwy.
Guests can tour patient spaces, meet the SVCHC team, and learn about programs supporting health access, coverage, and community services, while enjoying holiday treats and warm beverages.
