In partnership with La Luz Center, Redwood Community Health Coalition and Sonoma County Human Services, Sonoma Valley Community Health Center will be hosting a Covered CA Open Enrollment event on Saturday, January 11 from 9am-2pm.

Attendees will need proof of Photo IDs, Income (Current Tax information & last pay stubs), Proof of Citizen/lawful presence, Social Security Numbers/ITIN, and Birth dates of all members on tax forms to enroll in Covered California.

The Covered CA Open Enrollment deadline is January 31^st. People who enroll before January 15^th may have coverage start by February 1^st.
