CELEBRATING A MILESTONE – Sonoma Valley Back to School Health Fair

Join us in celebrating a decade of the 10th Annual Sonoma Valley Back to School Health Fair on Saturday, August 9th from 12–2 PM at Altimira Middle School! Hosted by SVCHC and the BTS Committee, this event brings together health services, interactive activities, and informational booths to help students and families kick off the school year healthy and prepared.

Informational Booths 
We’re excited to welcome a great lineup of organizations to this year’s Back to School Fair 2025! Stop by the Resource Booths and make sure to visit at least four booths and fill out the passport – in order to get your backpack and school supplies!. Fundraising for School Supplies 
We’re on the mission to raise $15,000 to fill over 500 backpacks with essential school supplies for local students. Every donation—big or small—helps ensure students start the school year confident, prepared, and ready to succeed. You can donate through Network for Good, by check, or in person. There is also opportunity for businesses and organizations to support us as valued sponsors. Please see the packet below for sponsorship levels and associated benefits.  Let’s come together to make this back-to-school season brighter for Sonoma Valley students!

Volunteers Make It Happen!
We’re incredibly grateful for the dedicated volunteers who help bring the Back to School Health Fair 2025 to life each year.
